Adrian Marple

Adrian joined us to play for our Summer visit in Exeter 1986, he was also one of the Organists on our 1985 Recording ‘With a Voice of Singing’.

Originally from Wolverhampton, he was a chorister at St Peter’s Church. His passion for church and organ music led him to further study at the Birmingham Conservatoire, and as Organ Scholar and Choirmaster at Hatfield College, Durham University and the Royal Academy of Music, London.
As an Organist he has played as a solo recitalist and accompanist both in the UK and abroad.
Adrian has been Director of Music at Stoke College, Suffolk and St Mary’s Church in Bury St Edmundsand most recently since 2022, the Director of Music at Inverness Cathedral.
